Kempt are one of the UK’s leading specialists in creating playful, engaging advertising creative – largely in the form of games. We strategize, develop, design and promote - all in house. Using viral, mobile and social media we create engagement with a global audience of millions and have been responsible for some of the most successful campaigns ever produced in our space.
The Kempt story begins in early 2003 with a hasty resignation and a laptop on “Buy now, pay next year” but from these humble beginnings (with a little luck and a huge amount of hard work) we’ve grown into a force to be reckoned with in digital and we’re now privileged to work for some of the world’s biggest brands on some of the world’s coolest projects!
In the digital industry it’s very difficult to describe what you do without sounding like a buzzword-dropping bandwagon jumper. Many people would use terms like: “gamification, social currency, branded content, apps, widgets, viral, seeding, engagement, experiential and activation” to describe the kinds of things we do but we prefer to say that we conceive, create and promote playful, engaging digital content and that we use viral, mobile and social media to do it.
Above all though, we pride ourselves on producing work that delivers real results for our clients.
We could blind you with hyperbole but that’s really not our style so we thought we’d give you ten reasons instead:
We are very proud to have produced work for some of the world’s most famous brands and organisations including: 20th Century Fox, BIC, Bill Wyman, E.ON, EMI, Energizer, Epic, Hewlett Packard, King of Shaves, Ministry of Sound, MTV, NBC Universal, Pentax, Pepsi, Philips, Shockwave.com, Sony BMG, Sony Electronics, Tesco Mobile, T-Mobile, Tom Jones, Viacom and Nickelodeon.
The majority of our projects are aimed at reaching large audiences for B2C products and services with a range of different target audiences, some of the target groups we have worked most effectively with are as follows:
We employ a group of extremely talented individuals: creative, artists, developers, strategists, producers and directors who work closely together in-house which is undoubtedly the most efficient and effective way to work. However we also have very strong links with our peers, if the need arises we can quickly expand our team, skills and services through our established relationships with other specialist partners.
